If you do not require the logs, you may consider configuring IIS logging accordingy to your needs. Otherwise, deleting them will just result in the logs being recreated and growing in size again.Visit: anITKB.com, an IT Knowledge Base.

We don't need the logs, so how do I disable it?

Launch the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager console. If you click on the SErver object/web site object, you'll see in the right pane a Logging object in the IIS section. You can manage the level of logging there.
